Remember, good law enforcement is everybody's responsibility. If you see a violation, report it. Get as much information as possible. Ask yourself the following questions and write down your answers:
- Do You Know The Suspected Violator?
- If Not, What Is His Approximate Age,
Height, Weight, Color Of Hair Or Eyes?
- How Is The Suspected Violator Dressed?
- What Type Of Violation Occurred?
- Are There Any Concealed Animals?
- How Many?
- Where?
- Was A Vehicle Observed?
- If So, What Is The License Plate Number?
- Can You Describe The Year, Make And
Color Of The Vehicle?
- Where Was It Last Seen?
- In Which Direction Was It Traveling?
All of these questions, and more, may be
invaluable to an enforcement investigation.
Accurate, detailed observations are essential.
